Refund policy
We get it — sometimes things don’t work out and that’s okay. At Eascaper, we want returns to feel simple and stress-free, just like your next family holiday. Here’s how it works:
1. Get in touch
We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
In the first instance, email us at hello@eascaper.com.au with your order number and the item you’d like to return. We’ll confirm it’s eligible and send you the return instructions.
2. Pack it up
- Pop your item back into its original packaging (or something similar).
- Make sure the tags are still attached and the item is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- Items must be free from sunscreen, makeup, perfume, pet hair and/or signs of wear etc.
3. Post it back
- You’ll be given our return address and details.
- Drop your parcel at your local Post Office or red street post box.
- A flat $9.50 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
- Please allow up to 10 days for your parcel to reach us.
4. We check it over
Once your return arrives, our team will check it carefully against our return conditions.
5. Refund or store credit
- If everything looks good, you’ll receive your refund back to your original payment method or a store credit(your choice).
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@eascaper.com.au.
Sale & Clearance Items
- Final Sale and Clearance items cannot be returned or refunded.
- Please check the product description before purchasing.
- We recommend using our size guide to avoid disappointment.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or colour, the easiest way is to return your item for a refund or store credit, then place a new order.
Faulty Items
We take pride in the quality of our sun-safe gear but, if something slips through, here’s what to do:
- Email us at hello@eascaper.com.au with your order number and clear photos of the fault.
- If confirmed faulty, you can choose between a full refund or a replacement (which we’ll send express at no cost to you).
- Please note: items already worn or damaged due to misuse are not considered faulty.
