At Eascaper, we know that planning adventures with kids means everything needs to arrive on time. Here’s how we’ll get your sun safe gear to you:

- Free Standard Shipping across Australia on orders over $150.

- Need it faster? Choose Express Shipping at checkout and your order will be on its way quickly.

- Most orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday).

- Orders placed after 12pm Friday or on weekends/public holidays will head out on Monday.

- During busy moments (like new launches or sales), please allow up to 7 days for dispatch — we promise we’re packing as fast as we can!

- Delivery times are based on business days (so weekends and public holidays don’t count).

- Country and rural addresses may take a little longer.

- Once your parcel leaves us, it’s in the hands of the courier — so while we do our best, we can’t guarantee against unexpected delays.

- We ship with Australia Post.

As soon as your order is on the move, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link.

- We can’t take responsibility for parcels lost, stolen or delayed once they’ve been handed to the courier.
