Our Story
Everyday Sun Protection. All-Day Comfort.
At Eascaper, we know that kids love being outdoors — whether they’re playing in the yard, out for a walk or enjoying a family outing. And no matter the activity, the sun is always part of the picture. That’s why we set out to create a jacket that offers everyday sun protection without compromising on comfort or style.
The Need for Better Protection
When we looked at the market, we saw a gap: sun protection gear was often made from polyester or nylon and either looked like a swim rashie or fishing shirt - the options didn’t look or feel right for everyday wear. Kids need something simple, lightweight and easy to throw on every day — but still protective enough to help safeguard their skin under the sun.
That’s how Eascaper was born. We wanted to give families a solution for everyday sun protection that was suitable for everyday wear and felt effortless, not like an extra chore. Our jackets are designed to be worn anytime — lightweight enough for all-day wear and made to protect covered areas without getting in the way of play.
Designed for Everyday Life
Each Eascaper jacket is created with one goal in mind: protection that fits seamlessly into daily life. Made from UPF 50+ fabric*, our material helps block at least 98% of UV radiation on covered areas. Just as importantly, the jackets are soft to the touch and easy to move in — so kids can keep doing what they love outdoors with a little less worry.
Our Promise
At Eascaper, we understand the pace of family life. That’s why we’ve created jackets that make sun protection simple, comfortable and reliable. Our gear helps protect kids from the sun’s harmful rays so families can focus on what really matters: enjoying every moment together outdoors.
*A Note on Sun Safety
Eascaper jackets are made with UPF 50+ fabric tested to AS/NZS 4399:2017. The ARPANSA UPF 50+ rating is for the fabric only and excludes the elastic trims. While they provide excellent protection for the areas they cover, no clothing offers complete protection from UV radiation and not all areas of the body will be covered with the use of our jackets.
